How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Patchouli essential oil?
Use this essential oil orally or topically. Add 1–2 drops to a warm herbal tea with honey, or blend with a carrier oil for massage. For culinary use, add at the final stage of preparation. When diffusing, dilute in an aroma diffuser (maximum 5 minutes per hour).
Avoid direct contact with skin or mucous membranes. Store away from light and heat.

Dr. Valnet warned against the indiscriminate mixing of essential oils, which can cause interactions that counteract the desired effect.
