Avoid the hot midday sun and prolonged sun exposure, as even high SPF sunscreens do not provide 100% protection.
Apply generously before sun exposure and renew frequently, especially after swimming, toweling off or sweating, to maintain optimal protection.
Applying too little sunscreen reduces its protective effect.
Avoid contact with textiles and hard surfaces to avoid staining them.
Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you have applied sunscreen.
