How to use it
Massage the affected areas (thighs, legs, back, feet ...) after exercise, to optimize muscle recovery. Can also be used preferably after a shower.
Do not swallow. Do not apply on sensitive or irritated areas. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clear water. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Do not apply in children, pregnant women or nursing mothers. Use preferably before the date indicated on the bottle. Keep away from heat.
