WELEDA ARNICA Massage oil Preparation and sports recovery 100ml
A massage oil with organic arnica flower extract, designed for sports preparation and recuperation.
Organic extract of Arnica relieves. The organic oils of sunflower and olive guarantee an optimal glide during the massages. The essential oils of lavender and rosemary with aromatic scent reinforce the toning and relaxing effects of the massage.
Before exercise: A light massage on the arms and legs followed by appropriate warm-up will allow preparation for exercise.
After exercise: After showering or bathing, ample and slow massage on a damp skin helps to prevent the appearance of stiffness and facilitates recovery.

ENCHANTEE DE CE PRODUITJ'utilise cette huile depuis longtemps. J'en suis enchantée. Je mets 120 gouttes d'huile essentielle de gaulthérie dedans et c'est très efficace contre les douleurs rhumatismales et/ou musculaires.
