How to use it
How to use Nutergia Ergyfibral?
Chew 1 to 2 cubes per day, away from meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml). For children aged 6 to 12, reduce to ½ cube daily. This supplement is easy to take, with no need for prolonged chewing.
Ideal for maintaining fibre intake throughout the day as part of a varied diet.
