How to use it
1 to 2 sachet(s) a day, preferably outside of mealtimes, to be diluted in 1 glass of Water (150 ml). To dissolve properly, pour in the powder and then the Water in small quantities, while stirring, or use a shaker.

How should it be used? Take 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably away from meals. Mix the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (150 ml)—add the powder first, then slowly add water while stirring, or use a shaker for better mixing.
