How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet vanilla essential oil?
For internal use: Take 1–2 drops on a sugar cube or in honey, 2–3 times daily. For cooking: Use 1 drop per 500 g of fruit or 4 drops per 500 g of dough.
For massage: Dilute 100 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil. Apply to the solar plexus or abdomen to aid digestion. For relaxation, diffuse or inhale 1–2 drops from a tissue.
