How to use it
Diffusion into the air.
Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
Dilute 40 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.
Breathing tract infections: massage the chest and upper back.
Rheumatism, sciatica, cramps, lumbago, arthritis, muscle aches and pains, Pains, backache: massage into painful areas.
Excessive Sweating: applied topically.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
