How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil?
Use this oil topically or in a diffuser. For skin application, dilute 2–3 drops in a carrier oil before applying to the back or chest. To purify the air, add 5 drops to a diffuser.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Keep out of reach of children and pregnant women.

Dr. Valnet warned against the uncontrolled mixing of essential oils, which can cause interactions that undermine the desired effect.
Essential oils must be kept out of reach of children, as they are highly concentrated products that can be dangerous if misused. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 36 months should follow medical advice before use. Those with allergies or epilepsy should consult a specialist before using essential oils. All essential oils are irritating to the eyes; avoid contact with the eye area. In case of excessive ingestion of one or more essential oils, contact the nearest poison control centre immediately. Never pour or spray essential oils near an open flame.
