Designed for reinforced hold*, URGO Extreme Ampula relieves pain. The raised, thickened mesh throughout this large-format dressing isolates the ampulas from pressure and friction. The hydrocolloid mass of the dressing forms a dermo-reconstituting gel which helps large ampulas to heal. URGO Ampula Extrême adapts optimally to the shape of the Feet.

How to use it
To treat the Ampula:
1. Whether the ampula is pierced or not, clean the ampula and surrounding area with water and mild soap. Dry with a sterile compress or leave to dry. Make sure the area to be treated is free of cream or oil.
2. Warm it between your Hands to make it conform and improve its adhesion.
3. Remove the shiny protective wings without touching the adhesive side.
4. Place the Plasters on the ampulas
5. Press firmly and smooth the dressing carefully.
6. Remove the patterned Protection paper.
Leave the dressing in place until it falls off by itself. The dressing should not be worn for more than 7 days. To remove the dressing: carefully lift the edge of the dressing, gently roll the dressing over itself to loosen it. Renew the dressing according to the instructions for use.

Composition : Hydrocolloid Plasters. Box of 5 Plasters: 6.8 x 4.2 cm
For external use only. Single use, do not cut or reposition a plaster once applied, do not reuse the same plaster (risk of infection). Do not use if you are allergic to the Plasters or any of its components. If Fluid leaks around the dressing, change the dressing. Do not apply a dressing or remove a dressing already applied and consult a doctor:
If the ampula worsens or does not improve within 6 days of treatment
If there is any sign of infection (redness, pain, heat, swelling around the wound, pus, etc.) or on a bare wound (without skin)
Or in case of doubt or discomfort
Diabetic patients should only use hydrocolloid Plasters under medical or nursing supervision. Avoid any contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Keep Plasters in their original packaging. Do not use after the expiry date (indicated on the box). Do not use on open or infected wounds.
