How to use it
How to use Bach® Expert Blends?
Take 4 drops 4 times a day, directly onto the tongue or diluted in a glass of water. Space the doses evenly throughout the day for best results. Quick and easy to add to your daily routine.

Ingredients: Grape alcohol 27% v/v, aqueous dilution of flowers of Olea europea, Quercus robur, Ulmus procera. (1/500 dilution)
