How to use Forté Pharma Forté Night?
Swallow 1 tablet each evening with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime. This supplement supports restorative sleep. For best results, take it at the same time each day.

Ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate), stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) (100 mg), dry California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) (75 mg equivalent to 75 mg EP), dry valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) (66.67 mg equivalent to 200 mg EP), thickeners (sodium alginate, konjac gum), anti-caking agents (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), dry corn poppy extract (Papaver rhoeas L.) (37.5 mg equivalent to 150 mg EP), vitamins (B3, B6, B1, and B12), dry passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) (20 mg equivalent to 200 mg EP), spinach powder, dry ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) (10 mg equivalent to 100 mg EP), medium-chain triglycerides, spirulina concentrate, melatonin.
