Shake well before use. For night-time awakenings or difficulty falling asleep: 4 to 6 sprays into the mouth daily. For jet lag: 2 to 6 sprays into the mouth daily.

(25 mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavouring.
