How to use it
How to use Forté Pharma Melatonin 1900 Spray?
Shake the bottle well before use. For difficulty falling asleep or night-time waking, spray 4 to 6 times under the tongue daily. When adjusting to time zone changes, 2 to 6 sprays are sufficient. Melatonin is most effective when absorbed directly through the oral mucosa.
Use occasionally, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients: (mg plant equivalent) per maximum daily dose (6 sprays): Stabiliser (glycerol), aqueous liquid extract of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) (80 mg plant equivalent), aqueous dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) (25 mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavour.
