How to use it
How to use FreshFlow nasal strips?
Clean and dry your nose before application. Remove the protective film, then place the strip centred on your nose, pressing gently to ensure it adheres properly.
Ideal for night-time use (helps reduce snoring) or during sports (enhances oxygen flow). Each strip is single-use – discard after wearing. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
