For those difficult moments, we've designed ZzzQuil Sleep, a dietary supplement containing Melatonin to help you fall asleep more quickly* and wake up feeling refreshed the next day, without feeling drowsy. Because Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the Body, ZzzQuil Sleep is non-addictive.
Each gum contains 1.0 mg Melatonin, 30 mg Valerian extract, 10 mg Chamomile extract, 10 mg Lavender extract and 1.4 mg Vitamin B6 (i.e. 100% of your Nutrient Reference Value). No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Gummies in the natural flavours Forest Fruit or Mango and Banana. Our gums are also lactose-free and gluten-free.
ZzzQuil Sleep is easy to take: just chew one gum 30 minutes before going to bed.
*Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. Allow at least 6 hours' sleep.

How to use it
For adults only. Use as required. Take one gum 30 minutes before bedtime, allowing at least 6 hours' sleep to avoid drowsiness.
