How to use Lehning Goodnight Swiss Paste?
Chew one gum per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over. For jet lag, begin use on the first day of travel and continue for 2–3 days after arrival.
Melatonin works most effectively when the gum is taken in a calm environment, away from screens. Consult your pharmacist to determine the most suitable duration of use.
