How to use Herbalgem Gemmocaps PMS & Premenstrual Comfort capsules?
Take one capsule each morning, ideally with breakfast. Swallow with a full glass of water to aid absorption. This supplement is designed for daily, continuous use to support your premenstrual comfort.
