Hydra7® is a research-based Sea Buckthorn seed and pulp extract (SBA24®).
The Sea Buckthorn species has been selected to guarantee a certain content of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants (carotenoids and vitamin E).
The extraction process is solvent-free and standardised to ensure the same high quality. The 4 families of unsaturated fatty acids are represented: omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9.
Omegas-7 are not very common in our diet and are specific to 2 oils: Sea Buckthorn oil and Macadamia oil. They are stable to oxidation.
Fatty acids structure the membranes of our cells, including those of our mucous membranes and skin. In the skin, they also form the link between our cells and help make the skin waterproof, protecting it from the outside world.
