How to use Probiolog Immune Defences?
Take 1 white capsule in the morning (probiotic) and 1 clear capsule (vitamins/minerals) with a glass of water. For an easy routine, we recommend taking them with breakfast.
This pack provides a 30-day course, which can be repeated as needed. To maintain effectiveness, store the capsules in a dry place, away from moisture.
