How to use it
The soles of your shoes may be removable, so remove them carefully Consult the size guide. If necessary, cut off the toe end to adjust the insoles to your size or use the original insoles from your shoes as a template. Insert the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles with the cap facing down. The insoles should lie flat. Re-cutting may be necessary for optimal fit.
