How to use it
Instructions for use
If the soles of your shoes are removable, start by removing them. 1. The insoles of your shoes are probably removable - remove them first. Check the size guide. If necessary, cut along the line of the toe area that corresponds to your size or use the original sole as a guide by aligning the heels of the two soles. 2. Slide your insoles into your shoes starting from the toe area, with the fabric side UP. Make sure your insoles lie flat against your shoes, especially in the toe area, and that the back of the insoles are firmly flattened against the heels of your shoes. If your insoles wrinkle, especially in the toe area, continue to cut them to fit. 3. You may feel that your shoes are slightly tight when you start wearing your new insoles, this is normal. You will need a few days to adjust to your new insoles.
