How to use it
Recommended use: Oral: 1 to 3 drops diluted in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 2 to 3 times a day.
Possible uses: Diffusion: 1 h in the room to be lived. Inhalation: 4 to 5 drops in a bowl of hot water or on a tissue.
