Description
Lansinoh Milk Feeding Cream is specially designed for Mothercare. It soothes and protects dry, cracked skin caused by milk feeding. 10ml.
Hypoallergenic, this cream is made from 100% lanolin, the purest in the world with no risk of allergies. It does not need to be removed before feeding.
Lansinoh cream with lanolin provides a semi-occlusive moisturising barrier that slows down the evaporation of the body's internal moisture while allowing oxygenation. When normal hydration is maintained, the skin remains supple and healthy, and is therefore protected against cracking. Conversely, maceration or over-drying can cause the Skin to crack or lose its elasticity.
What causes pain when feeding?
The baby's poor position in relation to the breast during milk feeding and skin that dries too quickly or remains wet for too long are often the cause of temporary pain when feeding. These discomforts are quickly resolved once the baby is in the correct breastfeeding position. In the meantime, this cream helps to reduce discomfort and allows you to continue breastfeeding.

How to use it
Wash your hands and melt a small amount of Lansinoh between your fingers. Apply it around the nipple after each feed or as required. This cream does not need to be removed before feeding. As a preparation, apply twice a day before giving birth, for healthier, suppler, better hydrated skin. For your comfort and to protect the most sensitive nipples, also apply Lansinoh before showering.
