Lait d'Ânesse (donkey's milk) from a French farm that respects animals. We have chosen organic Lait d'Ânesse, which is respectful of the Environment and above all of the animals. The farm we have chosen in the Gard region has several donkeys so that we can rotate births. As well as living in meadows, the donkeys have access to a stable in Winter with organic fodder. Each donkey produces 1 litre of milk a day.
