How to use it
Pour a teaspoonful into very hot, non-boiling water and inhale the vapours, 3 times a day, for 5 days.
Do not swallow. Suitable for adults and Children aged Plus 12.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Eucalyptus essential oil 5%*; Peppermint essential oil 3%*; Myrtle essential oil 3%*; Niaouli essential oil 2%*; Pine essential oil 1%*; Solubiliser*; Purified water.

Do not use Myrtine Respiration on children under 12, pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with epilepsy or a history of seizure disorders, people allergic to essential oils or any of their components.
