How to use it
How to use Puressentiel Respiratory Humid Inhalation Solution?
Pour one measured capful into a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water (~400 ml). Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat 3 times daily, for a maximum of 5 days.
Alternatively, use an inhaler by placing your nose and mouth over the nozzle. Ideal for clearing the respiratory tract in cases of blocked nose or chesty cough.

INCI Formula: Eucalyptus globulus, Menthe crépue, Menthe poivrée, Niaouli, Pin, Ravintsara, Tea tree and Thym.
No preservatives. No colourants.
This humid inhalation containing Eucalyptus globulus essential oil is not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with a history of convulsive disorders or epilepsy, and those allergic to essential oils. Those on medical treatment or children should consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. In case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Wash hands thoroughly if they have come into contact with essential oils. Do not use for any purpose other than intended. For external use only. Store away from light, air, and heat in the original packaging. May be fatal if swallowed. May cause skin allergy. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. If consulting a doctor, keep the box or label available. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. In case of ingestion: immediately call a Poison Control Centre or a doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. In case of skin contact: wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: consult a doctor. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
