How to use it
How to use Thalgo Spirulina Boost?
Dissolve 1 stick per day in 200 ml of water, preferably in the morning. Stir well and consume immediately to enjoy its full benefits.
For variety, try it as a shot: mix 1 stick with 100 ml of kiwi juice and 150 ml of sparkling water, or blend into 200 ml of apple juice with a pinch of cinnamon.
