Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean water before touching the breast and the breast. 
Dry your hands with a perfectly clean towel or disposable paper towel. 
Clean the breast and surrounding area with a damp cloth. Do not use soap or alcohol, which may dry out the skin and cause chapped or cracked nipples. 
Moisten the breast end with water so that it adheres better to the skin (see Figure 1). 
Push on the tip of the end of the breast until it comes out almost and hold the end of the breast by the sides (see Figure 2). 
Position the breast end on the center of the nipple. The open area should be directed towards the baby's nose during breastfeeding.
Choosing the right breast 
size The right breast size is the right size for both mother and baby. 
For the mother: 
The breast end should comfortably fit the nipple without pinching it. 
If the infant is premature: 
When the infant takes the end of the breast, his lips must be able to touch the flat part of the end of the breast.

Place the clean breast end in its clean storage box, if available. If not, place the breast end in a clean storage bag or a clean place. 
It is important that all residual moisture dries. 
Do not store in an airtight container or bag.
