The recommended daily dose should be observed. Do not drive or operate machinery for several hours after taking this product. The presence of white spots on the tablets is normal. This is due to the composition of the product. Keep out of reach of young Children. Not recommended for Children, adolescents, pregnant or Milk feeding women. If you are taking medication, consult your health professional. Prolonged use is not recommended. It is recommended not to consume alcoholic beverages with this food supplement.

How to use it

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of Water. 1-month programme. A one-week break is recommended every 30 days. Can also be taken occasionally.
