How to use it
How to use Nexcare thermal pads?
Use cold or warm as needed. For cold use, place in the freezer for 2 hours. To warm, heat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in hot water for 5 minutes, then knead. Always place the pad in its cover before applying it to the skin.
Effects last for up to 20 minutes. Ideal for soothing aches, bumps or sore muscles without medication. Keep the cover for quick, safe use.
Compositions & ingredients

Gel
Never apply the pad directly to the skin. Use the cover provided or wrap the pad in a clean cloth. • Do not sit or lie on the pad, apply excessive pressure that could rupture or puncture its cover and cause gel to leak, or use it while sleeping. • Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. • People who have, or may be prone to, blood circulation problems or sensory neuropathy should not use this product unless it has been prescribed by a doctor or specialist. • Use with care to avoid the risk of skin tissue damage (e.g. frostbite) and damage to superficial nerves. • Warning: heat may provide enough pain relief to cause burns. • Supervise use of the product by children or people with cognitive disabilities. • Stop using the product immediately if any uncomfortable or unpleasant sensations occur. • If discomfort or pain persists, consult a doctor. Warning: never heat a folded or cracked pad, as this could cause gel to leak. Take care not to burn yourself when handling the pad with bare hands in hot water. If the pad is too hot, wait for it to cool before applying it to the body. The pad will be damaged if overheated. Do not heat in a microwave, conventional oven or grill.
