How to use Nhco Nutrition Chelated Iron 14 mg?
Men, seniors and children under 12 should take 1 capsule in the morning. Women and adolescents over 12 may take 2 capsules. Swallow with a glass of water, preferably during breakfast for better absorption.
For optimal results, a course of 1 to 3 months is recommended to restore iron levels. Avoid taking with coffee or tea, as these may reduce iron absorption.
