How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Niaouli essential oil?
Dilute 2 drops 3 times daily in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for oral use, topical application or diffusion.
For topical use, blend with a vegetable oil before massaging into the skin. For diffusion, 5 to 10 drops are sufficient to purify the air. Avoid applying undiluted to the skin.
