How to use it
In daily hygiene: 2 sprays in each nostril in the morning and evening as part of daily cleansing.
In case of colds, rhinitis: Renew the sprays as often as necessary to clear your nose and eliminate mucus. Wash your hands and install the nosepiece.
- In front of the sink, tilt your head to the side - Gently introduce the tip into a nostril and exert pressure to release the solution - After a few seconds, the solution normally comes out through the other nostril. - Renew with the other nostril - Wash the tip under hot water after each use.
Compositions & ingredients

Composition: 100% natural seawater, de-sodium and undiluted, isotonic* *Isotonic (physiological salt concentration equivalent to 9g/L in sodium chloride (NaCL) Preservative-free. Sterile. Optimal pH for the nasal mucosa.
Do not use for children under 2 years old. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Read carefully the instructions before use. Consult your pharmacist. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Use by more than one person can transmit infection. Do not use if the packaging is not in its original condition. In case of nasal irritation, temporary tingling may occur during use. If symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor.
