How to use it
How should Physiomer be used?
For adults and children aged 3 years and over. Use the spray at room temperature. Apply 1 to 3 sprays into each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day until symptoms improve.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press down. Blow your nose if necessary. Repeat in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle with warm soapy water after each use, then rinse and dry it.
Use one spray per person. Keep out of reach of children. An adult must supervise children under 10 years old.
