How to use it
Directions for use:
Pour the entire contents of one sachet into a glass or shaker.
Add 200 ml of water, stir or shake until fully dissolved, then drink the entire mixture.
You can also mix it with other liquids, such as plant-based drinks.
RECOMMENDED PROGRAMME:
1 sachet (12.5 g) per day for 21 days. A 63-day course is recommended.
