ERGYPHILUS Intima (ERGYPHILUS Fem for Belgium) is a dietary supplement consisting of a unique synergy of 5 live strains. 
It contains lactobacilli and bifidobacteria rigorously selected for their properties: 
Lactobacillus acidophilus  DSM 21717,  
Lactobacillus gasseri  LMG 26661,  
Lactobacillus rhamnosus  GG ATCC 53103,  
Bifidobacterium bifidum  DSM 22892, 
Lactobacillus fermentum  CECT 5716.

When is it advisable? 
The permeability between the gastrointestinal microbiota and the urogenital microbiota is no longer in doubt and lactobacilli can pass from one to the other. 
The  Lactobacillus acidophilus  colonize number of organisms, not just humans! 
Fermented foods such as yoghurt, cheese, fermented vegetables with cabbage or leavened bread. Fermented milk in very ample supply. 
Breast milk provides  Lactobacillus gasseri  which effects on the balance of intestinal and vaginal flora are studied since the 1980 
's  Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG have the amazing ability to survive the acidic environments of the stomach and intestine that they cross as nomads while restoring the balance between different species of bacteria. 
The  Lactobacillus fermentum  also resistant to acid attacks the stomach and bile. They can therefore join the intestinal microbiota and participate in the subtle alchemy of their microbiome
