Norsan Omega 3 Kids is a food supplement combining several natural oils to provide children with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Its sugar-free formula meets the needs of young children from the start of complementary feeding.
A combination of natural oils
This formula combines fish oil naturally rich in EPA, cod liver oil naturally rich in DHA, and extra virgin olive oil from organic farming. It provides EPA and DHA, two omega-3 fatty acids associated with brain and eye development in unborn babies, newborns and children. One daily dose provides 1120 mg of omega-3*. The marine oils are supplied in triglyceride form and come from wild, sustainable fishing.
A child-friendly formula
Omega 3 Kids has a pleasant orange flavour, making it easier to include in children’s daily routines. The oil is purified to remove pollutants, heavy metals and PCBs. According to the product description, an adequate intake of omega-3 is also associated with a possible reduction in hyperactivity and concentration difficulties. The dosage should nevertheless be adjusted according to the child’s age and the recommendations on the packaging.
With its natural fish and cod liver oils, this supplement provides a child-friendly source of omega-3, with no added sugar and an orange flavour.

How to use it
How to use Norsan?
Give the oil directly from a spoon, or mix it into a small pot of yoghurt, a smoothie or muesli. Adjust the dose according to your child’s weight. For children weighing up to 9 kg, give 2.5 ml every two days. For children weighing 10 to 17 kg, give 2.5 ml daily. For children weighing 18 to 34 kg, give 5 ml daily. From 35 kg, give 9 ml daily.
For a breastfed child weighing up to 9 kg, the mother can take 9 ml daily to provide omega-3 through breast milk.

Keep unopened products away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Crystals may form at temperatures below 4 °C. These crystals dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. Briefly shake the bottle before use. After opening, store the bottle in the fridge and consume within 45 days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
