How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Palmarosa essential oil?
Use 1 to 2 drops per dose in warm herbal tea with honey, or blend into cooked dishes. For a relaxing bath, dilute in a suitable base. When using for massage, add a few drops to a carrier oil. Avoid applying undiluted to the skin.
For diffusion, follow the dosage instructions provided with your diffuser (typically 5–10 drops). Do not exceed 3 uses per day.

Dr. Valnet warned against the uncontrolled mixing of essential oils, which can cause interactions that counteract the desired effect.
