How to use it
How to use Parakeya peppermint organic leaves?
Add 1–3 g of leaves (approximately 1.5–4 teaspoons) to 150 ml of hot water. Allow to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Drink up to 3 times daily, ideally between meals to fully enjoy the natural flavours.
Tip: Store the leaves in an airtight container, away from light and moisture to maintain freshness.
