How to use it
How to use Parakeya herbal teas?
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons (12 to 16 g) per litre of hot water. Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes to release the flavours and active ingredients. Drink throughout the day, ideally between meals to enhance the slimming effect.
Tip: For a stronger flavour, extend the infusion time slightly. Store in a dry place, away from moisture.
