How to use it
How to use Pranarôm thyme thujanol essential oil?
For oral use: place 2 drops in honey or on a cane sugar cube, three times daily. Allow to dissolve in the mouth.
For topical use: apply 2 undiluted drops to the affected area three times a day, or dilute 3 drops in 4 drops of jojoba carrier oil to massage the solar plexus morning and evening. Continue until improvement is seen.
