How to use it
1 goutte 3 à 4 fois par jour sur un support neutre. Dose journalière pour 4 gouttes :153 mg.
Enfant : 1 goutte 2 fois par jour sur support neutre. Dose journalière pour 2 gouttes : 76 mgl

Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. À prendre en complément d'une alimentation variée et équilibrée. Tenir hors de portée des jeunes enfants. Ne pas utiliser chez les enfants sauf avis médical. Ne pas utiliser chez les femmes enceintes ou qui allaitent, chez les personnes ayant des antécédents épileptiques et les personnes hypersensibles aux Huiles Essentielles. Ne jamais prendre pure par voie orale sans support. Ne jamais prendre plus de 2 gouttes par prise, ni plus de 8 gouttes par jour.
