How to use Pranarôm Essential Oils?
Dilute 2 drops 3 times daily in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). For optimal effectiveness, apply to the skin.
Avoid diffusion and inhalation. For oral use, always ensure proper dilution. Store away from light and heat.
