How to use Pranarôm Essential oils?
Shake before use. For oral conditions, apply locally 2 drops diluted in 2 drops of vegetable oil, 3 times a day.
For skin conditions, apply 3 drops diluted in 3 drops of vegetable oil to the affected area, 3 times a day.
