How to use it
How to use Pranarôm lavender aspic essential oil?
Dilute 2 drops in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil) and take three times daily. Ideal for topical application (diluted in a vegetable oil) to soothe irritated skin or insect bites.
Avoid diffusing undiluted or inhaling directly. For oral use, always mix with a food-grade carrier. Store away from light.
