How to use it
For oral use: Take 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
Cosmetic use: Very suitable for aromatic skin massage and ideal as a support for essential oils. The oil can very well be used for the care of sensitive or dehydrated skin.
For massages: Count about 8 drops of oil to perform massages.
Compositions & ingredients

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry place away from heat. Do not leave within the reach of children. Must not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
