Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (ie 0.2ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water.

Equivalence: 1ml => 32 drops
