INCI formula: Mentha piperita herb oil, cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil, eucalyptus radiata leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis flower oil, cinnamal, limonene, linalool, eugenol, cinnamyl alcohol.
Place the inhaler by the entrance to one of the nostrils, press down onto the other one and inhale the essential oils aroma by taking 3 deep breathes.
Do the same with the other nostril.
Reapply as needed.
