How to use it

Shake the roller well, then apply to the veined areas of the wrists, temples and neck.
After applying the roller to your wrists, rub them together and take slow, deep, calm breaths as the aromatic oils are released on your skin.
Breathe in deeply 5 times.

- To be used as a preventive measure several times in the hour before any journey likely to be a problem (if possible, apply 3 times: ½ hour, ¼ hour and just before taking the means of transport)
- Repeat the application if you feel the slightest hint of nausea.

Precautions for use: After application, it is advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure.
These highly active essential oils must be used according to the directions for use. Avoid all contact with the eyes, mucous membranes. Not recommended for children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women. In case of irritation, rinse with vegetable oil. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow. Store away from light.
